About Sean

About me:

I'm Sean and I practice Rolfing® Structural Integration.

I've studied and practiced neuromuscular therapy and massage since 2018. In 2019 Rolfing took my heart. In 2021, I attended Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.

Rolfing is a highly valuable and transformative manual therapy that truly must be experienced to be appreciated. Its effects are long-lasting, and my deep appreciation for Rolfing inspired me to embrace it as my chosen profession.

I’ve completed extensive training rooted in the osteopathic tradition, and I regularly incorporate Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Neuromuscular Therapy into my practice. While many of these approaches are known for their gentle, light touch, Rolfing is often associated with deeper, more structural work. In reality, I draw from a full spectrum of touch from subtle to deeply

transformative depending on what your body needs. This allows me to work with different layers of the body, helping to ease pain, release old patterns, and support overall healing. Since I began practicing in 2018, my journey has included massage therapy, neuromuscular therapy, Reiki, and advanced studies in neck work, spinal biomechanics, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage.

In 2023, I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute and became a certified Rolfer — a practice that continues to inspire me every day.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, find greater ease in movement, and experience relief from pain or restriction. Together, we can create space for balance, resilience, and long-lasting change.
